Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return. This includes opened or partially consumed products, items that have been damaged after delivery, or products that cannot be resold due to health and safety regulations.
Service Cancellations
For scheduled pairing sessions, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
